If you are upgrading from Falcon 1 to Falcon Heavy we will need to upgrade your server settings and will arrange a convenient time to do this for you with hopefully no downtime. VPS and dedicated hosting would require migration to another server and might result in downtime.

Yes, we provide a no quibble 14-day money back guarantee on any hosting fees. If you registered or transferred a domain name, these fees are non-refundable, but you would be able to use your domain with any other provider.
